As a Private Banker in our Wealth Management business, you will understand each client’s wealth objects and investment requirements, and work in close partnership with specialists in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions, as well as in identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships by leveraging professional networks and delivering distinctive client experience across all facets of wealth management.

  • Collaborate closely with investment specialists and internal partners to design, execute, and deliver tailored investment and wealth solutions align to each client’s objectives and risk appetite.

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, provide insightful market insights, portfolio updates, and investment opportunities across asset classes, while proactively identify new business opportunities for clients

  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including KYC updates, suitability assessments, and coordination of client meetings and transactions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

  • Drive commercial growth by expanding the client base through networking, cross-selling opportunities, and delivering holistic family wealth management solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree or its equivalent with 12+ years of wealth management and client advisory experience ideally with Hong Kong market exposure.

  • Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence; outstanding written and oral communication who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational discipline and prioritization, ability to operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.

  • Collaborative team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank and engaging with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a wealth management firm is strongly preferred, with direct responsibility for client relationship management in a similar capacity covering investment advisory and client relationship management.

  • Comprehensive understanding and have a working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.

  • Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
