As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Omnichannel and Biometrics, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Develop and maintain accurate hardware deployment, biometrics, and merchant reporting
  • Coordinate and maintain data strategy across the omnichannel & biometrics organization related to the roll-out of merchants, project oversight, hardware performance and forecasting and merchant support.
  • Collaborate and partner with the Sr. Estate Manager, Product Manager, and Product Delivery Managers to deliver reporting and insights to assist in the planning of payment application release function

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Understand concepts of data mining/farming with proven track record in the data landscape. Familiarity with profit & loss, inventory, and business case reporting
  • Knowledge of logistic deployments, migrations, and product performance insights. Strong knowledge of data systems such as AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, and Python are required
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Proven track record with multi-faceted payment solutions for large and mid-tier enterprise businesses
