As a Business Manager in our Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide high-level responsiveness to ad-hoc requests and strategic projects. Your role will involve organizing complex information, creating compelling presentations, and managing key work streams. Join us to make a difference and drive business success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
- Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
- Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
- Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like Share Point.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
- Experience in Business Management or COO role.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with stakeholder management and driving agendas.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Experience in simplifying and improving business processes.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Share Point.
- Experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.
