We are seeking an energetic, innovative and strategic individual with a passion for marketing and driving business growth.
You will shape and deliver marketing strategies that align with J.P. Morgan Payments’ global and regional priorities, harnessing EMEA’s unique positioning to capitalize on country-specific, regional, and global opportunities across the full EMEA portfolio. You will drive Merchant Services Marketing for Europe as part of broader EMEA marketing responsibilities, partnering closely with cross-functional marketing teams and the broader Payments Marketing organization. You will ensure our programs are impactful, measurable, and tied to business growth, while leading on key elements of marketing business management for the team.
As an EMEA Payments Marketing, you will report to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, Payments, Commercial & Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan and critically partner with and be accountable to the sub-regional Europe VP and CEEMEA VP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement EMEA marketing strategies that align with business priorities, market expansion. This role will play significant focus on leading Merchant Services regional and product marketing across the region. Utilize a data- and client-centric approach to drive growth.
- Full Funnel Marketing Initiatives: Lead the development of marketing initiatives, partnering with sales, country heads, and industry teams to acquire new business and deepen client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal marketing teams to design and implement cohesive, innovative campaigns with measurable impact. Advise on channel activations to maximize the marketing ecosystem's potential.
- Data-Driven Insights & Measurement Accountability: Measure, track, and present marketing outcomes and insights to executive leadership. Leverage data to refine strategies and optimize in-market initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with EMEA Payments and Global Payments Marketing colleagues and across lines of business marketers to ensure alignment and synergy and transparency of communication.
- Business Management responsibilities: Overseeing budget tracking, T&E expense, run team meetings, present to leadership and write business reviews.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Expertise in creating and delivering data-driven integrated strategies and activations.
- Essential significant B2B marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing.
- Proven experience in campaign development and optimization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
- Experience in regional project execution and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Essential experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Payments marketing, with a proven track record of driving marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
- Understanding of the payments industry.
- Understanding of the Merchant Services and Commerce landscape in Europe essential, or payments experience preferred.
- Exceptional expertise in data aggregation and storytelling through PowerPoint.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills.
