Job responsibilities

  • Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks

  • Sets up and manags POC's to evaluate the feasibility and impact of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements

  • Leads AI innovation initiativese by identifying opportunies to integrat artificial intelligence into existing and new products, enhancing the firm's technological capabilities

  • Drives the adoption of best practices in software development and AI integration, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and efficiency are maintained across all projects

  • Explores and develop strategies for the implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the organization, ensuring they align with the firm's long-term objective

  • Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise

  • Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies

  • Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions

  • Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams

  • Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience

  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

  • Expert in Java programming language

  • Strong skillset in AI

  • Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

  • Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines

  • Experience within cloud technologies

  • Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives

  • Understanding of the business

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • AWS Certifications

  • Artificial Intelligence Certifications
