Job Summary
As an Associate in Investment Solutions Product Development, you will lead and support key programs, workstreams and serve as a subject matter expert for Private Bank Solutions Product Development. You’ll analyze and implement changes across product development, management, and regulatory initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across regions. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, manage deliverables, and support business and control partners to deliver high-quality investment solutions for clients.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and independently drive change management initiatives for mutual funds and discretionary/non-discretionary solutions.
- Take ownership of deliverables, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving with a high degree of independence.
- Promote rigorous launch practices, including new business initiative approvals and risk identification.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance product development and management processes.
- Conduct business analysis to address gaps and deliver solutions across the broader team.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate meetings, document key actions and project steps, and manage deliverable timelines.
- Track project timelines and progress, reporting on key highlights, next steps, and issues.
- Provide support and information to Business and Control Partners, Operations, and Investment Teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in asset and wealth management, with knowledge of mutual funds and discretionary/non-discretionary solutions.
- Highly motivated proactive self-starter who acts with independence and thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, applying critical thinking and a logical, structured approach to diverse situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and explain complex concepts.
- Ability to adapt effectively to a rapidly changing business environment, providing structured recommendations to support decision making.
- Proficient in core MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of AI, programming language tools (Python), and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx) an advantage.
- Additional European language proficiency.
