About the role

Want a role where you can turn ideas into deliverable plans and see the impact quickly? You will work side-by-side with experienced partners to shape finance data requirements and keep delivery work organized. You’ll learn the rhythm of cross-team delivery while building strong stakeholder relationships. If you enjoy problem-solving and bringing structure to busy environments, you’ll thrive here.

As a Finance Insights Product Analyst on the Finance Data and Insights Team, you will support the definition, documentation, and delivery of finance data product requirements, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to keep work moving. You'll help translate needs into clear backlog items, maintain Jira and Jira Align hygiene, and contribute to smooth coordination across teams. This role is a great fit if you are organized, curious, and excited to learn how finance data products are delivered at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation
  • Document epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear, testable detail
  • Maintain Jira and Jira Align hygiene (backlog structure, status updates, links, and dependencies)
  • Coordinate day-to-day progress with partner teams, tracking action items and decisions
  • Clarify open questions by synthesizing feedback and proposing options for resolution
  • Assist with prioritization activities by preparing inputs (value, effort, dependencies, risk)
  • Partner with technology and data teams to confirm feasibility and shared understanding
  • Contribute to testing and release readiness by ensuring requirements are complete and traceable
  • Communicate updates and risks in a timely, straightforward way to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline routines, templates, and working practices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in requirements, product delivery, data/analytics, or finance-related technology work
  • Hands-on experience translating needs into backlog items (stories, tasks, acceptance criteria)
  • Experience using Jira and Jira Align (or equivalent tools) to manage and track delivery work
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills—comfortable writing and speaking with a range of audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find structure in messy inputs and evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience supporting finance reporting, financial performance, or related data products
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and basic delivery governance
  • Exposure to data quality, controls, or data management concepts
