Collaborate with stakeholders, design, and deliver training on workflow automation, and streamline and revolutionize the firm’s processes, reducing manual touchpoints, building controls and reducing - if not completely eliminating, the false transactions.
As an Automation Associate within the APAC Securities Services Operations, you will be required to conduct and manage advanced intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the different Operational Functions to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies and create capacity, along with potentially managing your team locally. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of automation to support the Operations function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data analysis and business process workflow examinations, utilizing strong analytical skills to understand and optimize operations across Securities Services.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating Intelligent Automation (IA) tools across business workflows, including end-to-end deployment, system interoperability, and process optimization. Experience includes connecting platforms and custom AI solutions to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and drive measurable efficiency gains
- Design and deploy Robotic Process Automation systems to streamline repetitive and manual business tasks, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance process automation, predictive analytics, and customer interactions, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are in place.
- Demonstrated background in evaluating and testing emerging AI tools, including hands-on experience with integration, workflow validation, and performance assessment in real-world environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation, ensuring these initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from requirement gathering and system design to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Lead training sessions and mentorship programs focusing on automation, AI/ML, and data analysis to build internal capabilities and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee transformation projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels about progress and milestones, and demonstrate the business value of digital initiatives through regular showcases and updates.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, data analysis, and AI, showcasing a proven track record in deploying successful projects.
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Ui Path, Pega and Python, demonstrating high proficiency in automating complex business processes.
- Strong expertise (expert level) in data transformation and analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau, enabling insightful business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
- Well-versed in the applications, developments, APIs, and integrations related to AI, ML, and Large Language Models, contributing to advanced automation and analytics solutions.
- Exceptional business analysis skills with a robust capability in problem-solving, equipped to tackle complex challenges and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring project alignment with business goals.
