As a Payments Client Manager within our Global Payments Corporate Sales team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, global environment. You will build and nurture strategic client partnerships, helping us retain business and drive growth across a variety of industries and regions. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex clients, becoming a trusted advisor as you guide them through the evolving payments landscape.
You will work closely with colleagues in sales, product, client service, implementation, onboarding, and corporate banking, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Job responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and customized solutions.
- Lead periodic business reviews, analyze client health indicators, and proactively address challenges.
- Activate products and solutions to maximize client value and satisfaction.
- Streamline deal execution, documentation, and approvals for efficient business outcomes.
- Optimize pricing strategies and oversee credit facilities to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and keep clients informed of regulatory updates.
- Maintain high standards in pipeline and account planning, ensuring accurate client coverage.
- Govern deals and lead the effective implementation of client requests.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5+ years of experience in client management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven success working with large, multi-dimensional clients across products and regions.
- Deep understanding of payments products and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-first mindset.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
