As an Associate Project Manager in the P&A Transformation team, you will drive transformation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute digital and process transformation projects. You will support tangible change by aiding in the evaluation and redesign of operating models to better align with emerging technology trends, ensuring smooth transition and value realization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive transformation by partnering with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute digital and process initiatives using modern tools and methodologies.
- Support change by evaluating and redesigning operating models to align with Cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics trends, enabling smooth transitions and adoption.
- Modernize project management by applying agile and traditional practices to control scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate transformation programs across P&A and Controllers, define scope and plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Engage stakeholders by facilitating updates and alignments with LOB leaders and technology teams to maintain clear, consistent communication and collaboration.
- Enable process and digital delivery by documenting business requirements, testing digital solutions, and developing user training materials for new systems.
- Generate operating‑model and data insights by documenting and refining process flows and system integrations, leveraging technical expertise to support cloud‑based initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally within P&A or Controllers functions.
- Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/ SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced technical acumen with exposure to Cloud technologies such as AWS or Databricks.
- Experience with digital transformation tools, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or Agile methodologies) is a plus. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and digital automation.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and modernizing business practices.
