Job summary

As an Institutional Client Advisor, Vice President / Executive Director within JPMAM you will have the ability to partner with the largest institutional investors in the Netherlands and Belgium and to build solutions to serve our clients’ needs. We aim to be the trusted advisor to institutional clients in the region and to increase our market share across a range of asset classes with new and existing clients.

Job responsibilities

• Be ahead of industry developments and acquire a deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape and product trends enabling JPMAM to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions
• Show a desire to collaborate and thrive on a team based environment
• Deliver the best products and solutions to our clients combined with a proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels
• Engage clients in discussions about new product concepts and solutions to help solve complex client challenges
• Take ownership for this client channel and deliver on your business plan

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Strong technical and analytic skills
• Understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework
• An entrepreneurial attitude with project management skills and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet customers' needs
• High-impact communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an effective way
• Relevant and current experience within the Dutch and Belgium financial services industry ideally in Asset Management in a client facing role
• Existing experience with Insurance companies is an advantage

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Graduate degree CFA relevant post-graduate qualifications
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Experience developing and executing on a data driven sales business plan within a defined channel or region
• Willing to take ownership of tasks assigned
• Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with internal partners
• Excellent presentation skills
• Language: English (fluent in writing and speaking), Dutch language (required)
