Join JPMorgan Chase as a Commercial & Investment Bank Control Manager and help ensure the integrity and secuirty of the firm.

This role will functionally report to the Manager of the Product Innovation Controls team. The individual will partner with the various Payments product management teams in delivering on their business strategy, and actively engage in relevant Payments-wide complex projects, both regionally and globally. This also includes addressing individual deal challenges and contributing to new product development. The team actively engages with the various groups that support product delivery to achieve the ideal operating environment to design and implement innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.

• Participate in a range of strategic and tactical initiatives that support business execution.

• Facilitate business development opportunities such as new markets, new product rollout, new deals, issue resolution, cross functional productivity

• Develop close and influencing relationships with other LOBs, controllers, infrastructure/support group heads, and JPM business partners

• Support the Product Heads as well as their teams on business issues and new business initiatives

• Use metrics to identity key themes and insights, including ability to source relevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models.

• Manage governance forums, as necessary.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Leadership: Experience managing, inspiring, and motivating teams, providing vision, creativity, presence, and credibility.

• 10+ years of experience in either Finance, Control Management, or Risk.

• Effective Communicator: An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams and expertise in issue and conflict resolution.

• Delivery Focus: Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures.
