The Email Marketing Automation Specialist will build and optimize email marketing campaigns that reinforce brand guidelines and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has exceptional collaboration, communication, and marketing automation skills.

As an Email Marketing Automation Specialist in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will build and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement. You’ll ensure compliance with privacy regulations, collaborate with global teams, and refine workflows. This role gives you the opportunity to improve our marketing automation efforts in a supportive team environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimize workflows, including lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant email privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with global teams and provide thorough campaign documentation.
  • Analyze results and drive continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in digital marketing automation (Marketo preferred; Marketing Cloud a plus).
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and uphold strict controls.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and HTML.
