As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will work with us in an agile environment, developing innovative solutions that empower our customers and clients. Job responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting

• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems

• Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development

• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications

• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and minimum 3 years' applied experience

• Applied back-end software development experience with industry leading software like Java Sprint Boot

• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages

• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security

• Practical cloud native experience with AWS

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies

• Experience with Adobe Target

• Experience working with databases
