As a Working Student in our JPMorgan Chase Luxembourg office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work 15 hours/week on-site in Luxembourg, starting from mid-September 2026 and for a period of up to 10 months.

Roles exist in several departments of our Commercial & Investment Bank. Depending on the department, each role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in different aspects of the financial services industry, with a variety of responsibilities.

Job responsibilities

• Provides general support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting
• Participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification
• Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases
• Supports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs
• Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Enrolled in an educational program in Luxembourg during the entire duration of the program
• Fluency in English
• Wiliness and appetite to develop professional skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Ability to work to a deliverable timeline
• Able to prioritize and multi-task

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Law, Governance, Compliance, Client Service, Risk Management, Investment Management, Fund Servicing, Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering, Business Transformation or similar
• Knowledge of of French and Dutch
