  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new valuation reporting requests and enhancements, including test planning, validation, defect triage, and closure tracking.
  • Support root-cause analysis and remediation by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and tracking issue escalations with reporting and technology partners through resolution.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials summarizing key metrics, project status, risks/issues, and recommended actions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, data analytics, economics, accounting, finance, information systems, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Intermediate SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting; strong Excel skills for reconciliations, exception analysis, and test support.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Share Point.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for reporting and/or data solutions (requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria).
  • Hands-on experience coordinating and/or performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting solutions, including defect tracking through closure.
  • Experience operating in a control and process oversight environment (documentation, monitoring, issue escalation, remediation tracking).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proficiency with automation and business intelligence tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) to strengthen reporting reliability and improve operational efficiency.

  • PMP (or equivalent project management certification).
  • Knowledge of databases, data querying, and enterprise data management concepts.
  • Track record partnering with technology teams using structured delivery methods (e.g., Agile, backlog grooming, release planning).
  • Exposure to Commercial Real Estate valuation concepts and/or CRE risk administration processes.
  • Strong process documentation skills (SOPs, workflow mapping, control narratives).
  • History of advancing operational improvements through change management and consistent stakeholder communication.
