This is a senior full-stack developer role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend technologies, with a particular emphasis on server-side development. However, we also welcome applications from frontend specialists who have meaningful exposure to backend systems.

As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Transact platform team, you will be responsible for building and supporting both client-side and server-side functionality for JPMorgan Chase’s Transact platform. The platform delivers both freely convertible and restricted market FX across global branches, streamlining workflows and improving liquidity management. With its intuitive interface and sophisticated capabilities, Transact empowers clients to efficiently manage their foreign exchange risk. From execution to confirmations, settlements, and payments, clients can address their FX exposure in a way that allows them to focus on their core business activities, rather than treating FX as an operational overhead.

  • Experience with test-driven development, modern source control, and continuous integration practices.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks, libraries, tools, and languages across the technology stack.
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
