Job responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational and strategic KPI dashboards

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers

• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency

• Partner with global stakeholders across lines of business

• Improve data quality, consistency, and governance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Programming, or related fields

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Intermediate to advanced English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience in corporate or financial environments

• 2+ years of experience with reporting automation and data pipeline
