The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. As the Lending Solutions Sales Strategy & Execution Lead, you will design and scale the playbooks, content, and operating rhythms that equip our lending team and field to win, turning insights into action and action into sustained growth. You will build and manage a centralized hub for lending resources, field messaging, and initiatives so advisors always have timely, relevant, and actionable content at their fingertips. By orchestrating go to market timing, content, and processes, you will drive consistent, repeatable execution across markets, ensuring the right message reaches the right client at the right moment. You will use dashboards and analytics to guide strategy, track adoption and performance, and surface what to scale, fix, or stop, accelerating lending growth with clear, quantifiable outcomes.
A core part of your mandate is to define and embed best practice operating disciplines, including pipelines, cadences, talk tracks, and follow ups, that raise standards and simplify execution for Lending Specialists, Financial Advisors and Market Leaders. On behalf of Lending Solutions, you will craft compelling communications, training, and toolkits that build confidence in the field and deepen client conversations around lending solutions, while partnering closely with Divisional leadership and cross functional teams to align initiatives with business goals, resolve production and client service issues, and deliver a seamless front to back experience. As market dynamics and products evolve, you will keep the field ahead of the curve with proactive guidance that turns volatility into opportunity. Success will be measured by adoption and effectiveness of field content and initiatives, conversion and growth across priority lending products and segments, sales discipline adherence and pipeline health, time to impact for new initiatives and launches, and advisor and client satisfaction with lending enablement.
This role is ideal for a builder and operator who simplifies complexity, scales what works, and anchors decisions in data; a persuasive storyteller who influences stakeholders and mobilizes teams; and a client obsessed leader who keeps end client outcomes at the center. Your work will be the multiplier for the lending specialist team and field, helping advisors move faster, engage smarter, and deliver better outcomes, setting the standard for sales excellence in a high growth environment and making a visible impact on our business and on our clients’ financial well-being.
Job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lending Specialists, Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and drive business growth.
- Establish and implement standardized sales processes and best practices across the field to ensure consistent, disciplined execution and drive sustainable lending growth.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives by centralizing and delivering field engagement content, facilitating weekly best practices sessions, and equipping Advisors with timely, actionable resources to enhance client conversations.
- Drive lending opportunities by offering recommendations and insights based on credit policies, market data, and client profiles, enabling Advisors to make informed decisions and unlock new growth.
- Champion a culture of data-driven accountability by tracking key performance metrics, analyzing trends, and sharing insights that inform strategy and highlight areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate decisiveness and sound judgment in high-volume and ambiguous situations, consistently striving for optimal outcomes for both clients and the firm.
- Participate in and support projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements, contributing to the ongoing evolution and success of the lending business.
- Promote broader awareness of lending capabilities, proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, and expand the firm’s lending footprint.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted resource for Advisors and clients.
- Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence, superior client outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 6 years of financial services experience, specifically sales, marketing
- Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (63/65), or successfully obtain within 120 days from start date as a condition of employment
- Experience with lending in a wealth management division across mortgage, margin, and or securities based lending
- Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people across all levels of the organization (analyst to MD)
- Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; must be articulate and able to speak comfortably to large groups
- Organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and ability to work under pressure
