Job Summary:
As an Operations Automation Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank, you conduct intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations function.
Job responsibilities:
- Engages with stakeholders and insights team to support all aspects of process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement while adhering to the firm's standards, controls, and intelligence automation solutions governance
- Contributes to the implementation of the operational automation strategy involving intelligence automation tools, and contributes to the identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or metrics to deliver benefits from operational automation
- Collaborate with technology teams to create the necessary infrastructure that supports both traditional coding and low-code automation capabilities.
- Utilizes intelligent automation solutions and AI solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD Pipelines, automated testing and monitoring for reliability.
- Implement the operational automation strategy involving intelligent automation tools, AI solutions and work with technology to create the required infrastructure to support automation capabilities.
- Support post-delivery enablement team in training business users, adoption.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members on automation tools and potentially create and/or deliver training curriculum and courses around workflow automation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in documenting design processes, data governance, version control, user flows and interface specifications for development teams
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies, including Python, Java, HTML/CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript with familiarity in both SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Hands-on experience with RPA (Ui Path, etc.) and exposure to OCR/IDP platforms (Instabase, etc.)
- Experience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern front-end technologies
- Knowledge on API development and integrations
- Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Bit Bucket, etc.)
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE IN CEBU.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience working with a variety of AI technologies (e.g., LLM, ML frameworks & algorithms, NLP).
- Exposure to process mining tools
- Experience with Power Platform and DBMS
