DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment frameworks for product/platform strategies and investment programs. Align risk management practices with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor risks associated with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and public cloud services. Manage and mentor an AI/ML Risk and controls team, fostering innovation and professional development. Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards. Develop and implement risk and control frameworks for AI/ML emerging technologies. Establish global cybersecurity partnerships, driving strategic collaboration on risk mitigation. Drive AI governance and data governance practices. Assess and define risks for Al-ML technology products. Implement risk mitigation strategies for Al-ML initiatives. Conduct and oversee technology risk and control assessments across various technology products and emerging risks. Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified risks. Leverage AI for advanced risk and control assessments. Develop and deploy AI models for risk assessment. Apply industry standards and best practices in risk management. Ensure compliance with various country cybersecurity regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to establish control standards and procedures. Plan, facilitate, and execute risk and control delivery, including audits and exams. Drive complex projects and ensure they are completed timely and within-budget. Develop and present CIO-level risk management assessments and executive reports on AI/ML security and resilience. Build and enhance oversight capabilities for technology risk and controls. Develop advanced oversight frameworks and processes. Define, measure, and report on KRIs and KPIs. Monitor and improve key performance and risk indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Tech Risk and Control, Information Security Management, Controls Manager, Software Engineer, IT Team Lead, Systems Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: performing risk assessments for product and platform strategies and investment programs; planning, facilitating, and executing risk and control delivery, including audits and exams; providing risk management updates and reports to senior leaders; building and enhancing oversight capabilities relating to Technology Risk and Controls; developing and monitoring KRIs and KPIs. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: leading and managing teams. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: monitoring risks in public cloud services including AWS and Azure. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: implementing and driving AI/ML, MLOps, AI governance, cloud technologies, and data governance practices; assessing and defining risks for AI/ML technology products; developing and driving AI-driven risk and control assessments. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: developing and implementing comprehensive risk assessment frameworks; cloud security best practices and compliance standards including AWS Security Services; AI/ML tools including Python, Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning for model development, Generative Al, Large Language Models, and Prompt Engineering; MLOps tools such as Tensor Flow, and Py Torch; model monitoring using tools such as AWS Sage Maker Model Monitor; conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing remediation plans; leveraging AI for advanced risk and control assessments utilizing Generative AI, Large Language Models, and ML model development using Python leveraging Sci-Kit learn and Py Torch; ISO and NIST EU Al Act; risk assessment tools including Aqua Security and Splunk; NIST; ISO 27001; COBIT; Conducting reporting, data analytics, and visualization using Tableau.
