As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Sector, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification in technical program management and 5+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated experience serving as an Agility Lead/Scrum Master, facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to coach teams and partners to improve delivery outcomes and team health.
  • Proficiency with Jira (and related tooling such as Confluence) to manage backlogs, user stories, sprint boards, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to identify, escalate, and remove impediments, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, translating delivery status and metrics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement using delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput, cycle time) and retrospectives to improve predictability and quality.
