Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, among others.

The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are at least half way into their degree, and with an intermediate / advanced level of English, with no previous work experience. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

What do we ask for this position?

These opportunities are for advanced University students (1 year/ year and a half maximum) from Business Administration / Actuarial Science / Translate/ Industrial Engineering / Economy or related careers, looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing University.

Intermediate / Advance English.

We will be filling our classes on a rolling basis. We strongly encourage you to submit your application as early as possible before job postings close.

Program length: 18 months maximum.
Workload: 19 hours per week available.
