This role gives you a unique opportunity to grow professionally within Custody Operations in Frankfurt, partnering with other teams in the Custody business, both locally and internationally.
As an Associate in the Institutional Shareholder Services team, you will play a vital role in the processing of clients’ unit dealing activity in German and Swiss special funds.

Job responsibilities

• Capture and process clients’ unit dealing activity.
• Build strong internal working relationships and partnerships with colleagues in Frankfurt and globally.
• Provide operational subject matter expertise and perform root cause analysis to resolve any issues.
• Proactively look for process enhancement opportunities.
• Support other teams in Custody Operations if required.
• Perform project-related tasks depending on workload.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven track record in Operations.

• Industry/product knowledge in Trade Settlement, Cash or Asset Servicing required.

• Attention to detail required.

• Ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, flexible, analytical and proactive.

• Key focus areas for the role are accuracy, proactivity, responsiveness, knowledge and drive for excellence.

• Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident at interacting and communicating with internal and external parties.

• Fluency in German is essential.

• Bachelor degree or a completed bank apprenticeship.
