Join our Business Banking Lending Product Analytics team and help shape the future of banking for small businesses. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our customers.

As a Business Banking Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Lending Product Analytics team, you will provide actionable insights to product managers, helping us drive business lending product strategy and improve end-to-end lending process. You’ll leverage analytics and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong analytic solutions, and contribute to streamline workflows, enhance operation efficiency, and optimize the customer lending experience, while maintain strong risk management and compliance standards.

You will support product managers as a consultant, building frameworks for data-driven solutions, running analyses, and reviewing results with partners. Your work will help establish controls, define and track KPIs, and drive operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with product managers and functional partners
  • Develop and execute analyses and reports from end to end
  • Summarize data results in a non-technical manner for business partners
  • Think from a business standpoint and relate it to data
  • Support Lending products and operation process improvement. Partner with the business and broader Data & Analytics (D&A) organization to understand business requirements and objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative discipline focused on data engineering, data warehousing, computer science, or analytics
  • Minimum three years of experience in quantitative analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills, including data transformation, validation, de-duplication, aggregation, and data structure transformation
  • Strong Tableau skills, including building dashboards and visualizations to monitor process KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to coding and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with banking products such as Business Banking loans and lines
  • Familiarity with AWS, and Oracle.
  • Good to know Python and Alteryx.
