Job summary:

23 Wall is a global team of cross-line of business private siders dedicated to ensuring the power of the full JPMorgan Chase franchise is brought to bear for the world’s largest, most sophisticated clients and their family offices across lines of business. The team sits within the Private Bank but has a LOB-agnostic mandate. We provide insight and access to the firm's expertise, capital, and deal flow across client balance sheets. We deliver the highest quality advice, service, capabilities, and solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families worldwide. Our integrated and diverse platform offers market-leading solutions to address the challenges and complexities in the evolving financial services space.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage client coverage for key clients and prospects of the Private Bank.
• Leverage global product and industry partners to assist clients in their strategy.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers to deepen client relationships and market PB products and services.
• Supervise Analysts & Associates on specific projects or tasks.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior colleagues.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking.
• Understanding of the Private Banking value proposition and service.
• Local knowledge of family office and large client dynamics.
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks in today's environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a cross-LOB position.
• Outstanding commercial skills, including experience with private clients/entrepreneurs.
• Strong management skills to effectively manage junior bankers in high-pressure environments.
• Strong project management skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• A self-starter with energy, drive, and a high degree of self-motivation.
