As a Client Service Analyst in the Commercial Bank, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You provide daily support by addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues using your knowledge of policies and procedures. You identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs, leveraging your understanding of financial products and market trends. Your work has a significant impact on the team and clients, and you make decisions within established procedures.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support by addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Apply knowledge of policies and procedures to resolve non-routine problems.
  • Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs and market trends.
  • Utilize probing questions to accurately assess inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure accurate transaction processing and maintain data integrity.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt to change and work effectively within a team.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Identify common issues and provide straightforward solutions.
  • Work with multiple applications simultaneously, including MS Windows and Office.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.
  • Baseline knowledge of client service operations, including transaction processing, troubleshooting, and service referral.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to use probing questions to assess inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
  • Ability to accurately process transactions and ensure data integrity.
  • Skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to identify common issues and provide straightforward solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office; able to work with multiple applications at once.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, operations, sales, or portfolio management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Relentless and versatile learner; aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge.
  • Highly organized; able to manage competing priorities.
  • Consistent professional presence; able to adapt to evolving needs and situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 3PM/4PM-12MN/1AM MNL Time Mondays-Fridays
  • 100% Work Onsite
