As an Events Analyst in the Early Careers Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the seamless planning and execution of in-person campus events across APAC. This role oversees all aspects of event logistics, including venue booking, catering, budget management, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and candidate interaction for campus recruitment activities. You will collaborate closely with Line of Business Campus Recruiters, Recruitment Coordinators and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful events that strengthen our employer brand and attract top early career talent.
Job responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute logistics for in-person campus events such as networking sessions, information sessions, case competitions, interviews, and early identification initiatives

Source, book, and manage venues and coordinate with external and internal vendors to ensure smooth event delivery

Liaise with campus recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and internal stakeholders to coordinate event participation and logistics
-
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare event advertisements, promotional materials, and event collateral
-
Track and manage event budgets with a focus on cost efficiency
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates attending events, managing registrations, responding to queries, and ensuring a positive on-site experience

Provide hands-on support during events, including set-up, registration, troubleshooting, and post-event breakdown
-
Maintain the events database, including event metrics, budgets, and collateral
-
Track event attendance, gather feedback, and utilize data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in campus event strategy

Ensure all events adhere to firm policies, risk controls, and local regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination, operations, or a related field
-
Experience in HR controls, policies, and processes
-
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and results orientation
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
-
Ability to navigate technology platforms used for communication, data gathering, and reporting
-
Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
-
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately
-
Ability to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Share Point, and Outlook
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Work experience within global financial services businesses

Experience with Tableau and VBA

Experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships

Experience preparing event collateral and promotional materials

Experience tracking event metrics and analyzing feedback

Experience supporting process improvement and innovation in event strategy
