Designation: F&B Executive

Qualification: Any Graduation (Hotel and hospitality background)
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift

1. 1PM - 10PM
   Work Schedule: 6 days per week
   Work location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day F&B operations in cafeterias or service areas
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback or complaints effectively
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per regulations
• Assist in menu planning and promotions
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of supplies
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve performance
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, etc.)
• Basic financial and inventory management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations or hospitality industry
