Role Overview
JLL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Performance Lead to support the Facilities Management (FM) contract for Client across the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for driving performance excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making, and delivering high-impact executive presentations.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, technology fluency, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex operational data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Reporting
- Lead regional performance tracking across all FM sites, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and manage dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Executive Communication & Presentations
- Create high-quality, executive-level presentations for client reviews, QBRs, and governance forums
- Translate data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions
- Support senior leadership with briefing materials and client-facing communications
Technology & Digital Enablement
- Drive adoption of FM technologies (e.g., CAFM, IWMS platforms like Corrigo, Service Now, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance digital workflows
- Collaborate with tech teams to implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and transparency
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key interface between JLL regional leadership and Client stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across countries, driving consistency in reporting and service delivery standards
- Support governance cadence including monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, and audits
Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational performance, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Benchmark performance across sites and implement best practices regionally
- Support transformation projects and strategic initiatives within the account
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint mastery expected)
- Advanced data analytics capability (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- High level of digital and technology awareness in FM environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Performance Management roles
- Experience working on large, regional or global client accounts preferred
- Exposure to integrated FM contracts and KPI-driven environments
- Familiarity with FM systems (CAFM/IWMS) and reporting tools
