Job Description:

• Communicating high level country strategies to sales managers and their team members, translating these strategies into executable tactical actions, and following up the progress until the desired outcomes achieved
• Achieving commercial financial objectives: sales target, growth, and expenses management
• Leading multiple territorial sales managers across the nation
• Managing customers engagement: doctors/surgeons, nurses, hospital management, purchasers
• Presenting market insights: market dynamics, competition landscape, threats, and opportunities
• Providing short and mid-term strategies for the continuity of company growth
• Maintaining close coordination with support functions: finance, supply chain, compliance, and legal to ensure smooth business operation
