Job Description: 岗位职责：

1. 负责JJMT数字化教育平台的内容开发与栏目设计，主要服务于专业教育培训需求，促活促学，形成线上培训闭环；

2. 洞察业务/BU PE的目标和需求，结合平台用户线上学习偏好的分析，制定平台内容优化策略，并对平台已有内容/形式进行重塑，打造互动式学习生态，提升平台活跃度；

3. 与BU紧密合作，探索讲师合作新模式，打造高质量精品课程；以用户为中心，创造专业、有深度、有价值的栏目和内容形式，赋能术者成长。

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上医疗领域相关工作经验，优先外科专业教育或医学背景，对医疗器械培训和临床客户需求有深刻理解和洞察；

2. 擅长创新内容开发和栏目设计，兼具专业度和创造力，有数字化运营经验者优先；

3. 具备KOL管理和沟通的能力，能与大中心/专家建立良好合作；

4. 较强的沟通协同和项目管理能力，能够有效推进跨团队的合作和复杂问题的解决。
