Job Description:

  • 根据行业现状及洞察,制定循证相关专业教育培训策略(SPEM)
  • 基于市场洞察,制定以循证为导向的策略技术/术式发展的专业教育培训计划并高效落地。
  • 基于学科及技术发展,做好循证专业教育数据管理及培训计划并高效落地。
  • 做好循证专业教育个性化发展规划,并推进各层级中心有序发展、开展培训工作。
  • 与循证相关培训讲者(学科专家、循证医学专家、统计专家等)保持长期沟通与合作,了解目标疾病/术式证据现状及学科研究进展,不断优化课程设计。
  • 与区域PEM合作,做好区域学员分级体系及培训规划,跟进重点学员管理与反馈。
  • 配合区域PEM负责区域中全国培训课程的通知发布、学员招募、流程准备、课程运行及学员管理工作。
  • 承担循证专业教育品牌项目的整体规划与设计,并与区域PEM、SKA、SMA、销售团队、市场部等多个部门充分沟通合作,推进项目有效落地。

岗位要求:

  • 硕士及以上学历,医学、流病、循证、统计、公卫等专业背景;
  • 系统的思维能力及策划能力;​
  • 敏锐的市场洞察力、良好的沟通协调能力及项目管理能力;
  • 较强的执行力,积极主动,勇于创新;
  • 较强的演讲及表达能力、熟练的计算机应用能力;
  • ​5年以上工作经历,有医疗器械/医药公司相关工作经验、医学培训领域经验优先​
