- Use metrics, feedback, and LMS data to proactively identify gaps and opportunities for content utilization, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Manage professional education communications, including newsletters and stakeholder updates.
- Establish standards, best practices, and budget oversight to ensure compliant, on-time, cost-effective content delivery.
- Remain updated on the latest society meeting data and develop related training content to broaden the impact of new learning materials.
- Maintain clinical and product expertise related to company products and procedures, including current literature, key clinical papers, and industry trends.
Speaker Bureau Programs
- Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of speaker bureau programming (in-person or virtual) including content preparation, rehearsals, logistics, program evaluation, metrics, program enhancements, invoicing, and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and execute a best-in-class HCP training strategy to onboard new Heart Recovery faculty and elevate/inform existing HCP faculty of new company policies, speaker content, etc.
- Act as the primary liaison with healthcare professionals (HCPs) participating in speaker and faculty programs, managing relationships and program agreements.
- Ensure all speaker bureau programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and internal compliance standards.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and training to internal stakeholders to elevate content quality and data literacy.
- Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and partner with commercial leaders to ensure fiscal discipline and cost-effective operations.
