We are searching for the best talent for STAFF R&D NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

• Applies an intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments or related fields.
• He makes independent decisions about engineering problems and methods, and represents the organization at conferences to resolve important questions and for the planning and coordination of work.
• It requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of its field and related sciences and disciplines.
• Supervision and guidance related to requirements, critical situations, new concepts and policy issues.
• Consult with the supervisor regarding unusual problems and developments.
• Responsible for one or more of the following points:
• In his capacity as a supervisor, he plans, develops, coordinates and directs a major large engineering project or a small number of projects with many complex features.
• As an individual researcher, you carry out complex or new tasks that require the application of new or improved procedures or techniques.
• As a staff specialist, you develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities that will be carried out by others.

• Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with Federal, State and local health, safety and environmental regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6 or more years of related engineering experience;
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and five or more years of related engineering experience; or PhD in a relevant discipline and four or more years of related engineering experience.
• He has significant engineering experience at a complex level.
• Experience in the medical device industry is considered a plus.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, preferably
• Must possess a clear mastery of the practical, theoretical and experimental foundations of engineering techniques.
• Communication skills in English, spoken and written.
