We are searching for the best talent for STAFF R&D NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER to be in Juarez City.
You will be responsible for:
- Applies an intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments or related fields.
- He makes independent decisions about engineering problems and methods, and represents the organization at conferences to resolve important questions and for the planning and coordination of work.
- It requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of its field and related sciences and disciplines.
- Supervision and guidance related to requirements, critical situations, new concepts and policy issues.
- Consult with the supervisor regarding unusual problems and developments.
- Responsible for one or more of the following points:
- In his capacity as a supervisor, he plans, develops, coordinates and directs a major large engineering project or a small number of projects with many complex features.
- As an individual researcher, you carry out complex or new tasks that require the application of new or improved procedures or techniques.
- As a staff specialist, you develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities that will be carried out by others.
- .Evaluates the feasibility and robustness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products or equipment when the necessary information is insufficient or confirmation by means of tests is recommended.
- It serves as a staff consultant in a technical specialty, an installation or equipment time, or the function of a program.
- You can technically supervise, coordinate and review the work of a small team of engineers and technical staff, estimate the necessary manpower and scheduling and assign the work to meet the completion date, or, as an individual researcher or specialist staff, you can be assisted in projects by other engineers or technicians.
- Practices the company's safety and quality policies and procedures. It actively requires compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with Federal, State and local health, safety and environmental regulations, policies and procedures.
- It is responsible for the purchase or design of equipment that meets the health, safety and environmental standards set by the company.
- He is responsible for conducting design reviews and pre-validation evaluations to ensure the solid and safe start of a new process.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6 or more years of related engineering experience;
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline and five or more years of related engineering experience; or PhD in a relevant discipline and four or more years of related engineering experience.
- He has significant engineering experience at a complex level.
- Experience in the medical device industry is considered a plus.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma, preferably
- Must possess a clear mastery of the practical, theoretical and experimental foundations of engineering techniques.
- Communication skills in English, spoken and written.
