Job Description:We are looking for a new Site Operation, Senior specialist to join our team.

Site Operations, Senior Specialist plays a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace for employees. This position focuses on improving the overall site experience by supporting employee engagement initiatives, enabling effective communication across teams, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day site operations.

Working closely with functions such as IT, Facilities Management, Environment, Health & Safety, and Employee Health & Well‑Being, this role helps drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site. By supporting a positive employee experience and well‑run workplace, the role directly contributes to employee satisfaction, productivity, and business continuity.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Implement GS Employee Engagement Programs aligned with Global Engagement Strategy, managing logistics, communications, budget, and vendors for successful event execution.

  • Execute communication channels and maintain Center distribution lists to foster transparency and keep employees informed about the Center (Home Page, Newsletter, Yammer, Video Display Board, New Joiner Site Orientation, etc.).

  • Execute and maintain all BCM cycle activities for GS, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, Buiness Continuity plans and Recovery & Testing strategies, in partnership with GS Functions and leveraging the Fusion system.

  • Conduct BCAW awareness campaigns every other year and ensure BCP training is up to date and assigned to GS employees with tracking and metrics.

  • Implement Workplace Experience Strategies for safe and comfortable physical environments and access to modern and efficient technologies for GS employees and visitors, collaborating with FM, IT, EHS, and EHWB partners.

  • Optimizing site operations and strengthening employee connections through Leadership visitor management and GS Capability Orientation.

  • Development and training, communicate and interact effectively with team members to broaden your network and develop credibility and trust

Required Qualification:

Required minimum education: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred area of education: International Business, Project Management, Risk management, Audit, Compliance, or related discipline is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Analytical mindset to assess data and derive actionable insights

  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing projects

  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail that produces high-quality work while managing multiple tasks and deliverables.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work both individually and as a team player, and influence/ interact well with different stakeholders at various levels in the organization.

  • Proficiency in the use of technology, software and applications
