Job Description:

岗位职责：

• 结合专业教育数字化业务转型的战略目标，与BU PE团队合作，设计并规划能满足用户需求的数字化专业教育产品；
• 整理数字化平台产品的开发需求及其他产品文档；
• 根据产品特点与用户特点，设计用户验证方案及流程；
• 运用产品管理理念，制定产品开发优先级及产品发布和周期性迭代规划；
• 梳理产品的定位、F&B并将其形成沟通文件，通过培训与沟通确保业务团队对产品的理解；
• 与业务团队合作，实施产品预预热及发布的计划；
• 产品发布后，设计用户反馈方案及流程，确保获得真实有效的用户反馈；
• 与IT及开发团队紧密合作，推动及确保产品按计划上线发布；

基本任职资格（包括教育背景和/或知识和/或培训和/或相关工作经验）

Experience

• 5-7年数字化产品规划，用户体验设计及相关经验呢
• 数字化产品思维、UX\UI设计经验、项目管理经验及良好的沟通能力.

教育背景

本科及以上学历，数字化相关专业及领域
