职责描述:

全面掌握器械行业内的宏观政策,了解政策在省市之间的联动效应,积极进行内外部沟通,做好政策联动。
-
重点跟进医保局、卫健委等主管部门,解读与预判物价、医改政策的发展方向,并结合公司业务发现机会和管控风险,加强政策影响力。
-
预判区域内市场准入政策,提早与主管部门进行政策沟通,准确解读物价、医改相关文件,并结合公司业务需求制定应对策略。
-
与各BU紧密沟通,确定各BU市场准入战略并组织推进项目的落实。
-
联动相关的行业协会,推动外部项目合作,推进组织性管理的建设,支持公司业务发展。
岗位要求:
-
医药领域政府事务、市场准入相关岗位3年及以 上工作经验,大学及以上学历(公共卫生、医保、管理、生物医药、MBA等背景优先考虑)
-
熟悉医疗卫生领域,有较丰富的项目管理、政策分析和大客户管理经验
-
沟通能力强,善于与他人合作,具有较强的团队协作精神
-
能适应复杂或具有挑战的环境,具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力;
-
工作细致认真,富有责任心,善于学习,心态积极向上
-
具备日常英语沟通能力(包括英文书面邮件和口语)

能接受出差
