We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Contract Compliance to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH, or Raritan, NJ. Role will require position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
Purpose:
The Manager, Contract Compliance ensures that OTTAVA contracts adhere to commercial policy, pricing guardrails, CPC governance requirements, and legal/financial standards. The role monitors contract adherence, validates terms, and maintains compliance documentation.
You will be responsible for:

Validate contract terms, pricing, and policy adherence before CPC submission and customer release.

Monitor compliance across active contracts; identify risks or deviations.

Own the development and creation of dashboard to ensure compliance.

Maintain audit‑ready records and support internal/external reviews.
-
Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing Ops, and Contract Management to resolve compliance issues.

Support process improvement, template optimization, and policy alignment.

This role will also collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch)
Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in compliance, contract operations, or pricing governance.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
-
Strong attention to detail and understanding of commercial policies.

Preference for those who have experience in Med device industry with a focus on capital.

$118,000.00 - $203,550.00

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
