Job Description:
The Senior Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure successful access of company ‘s products in alignment with NRDL requirements, pricing setting up, price negotiating, and innovative access solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, reimbursement process, and negotiation tactics to enhance patient accessibility.
This role is also supporting Head of MA to mentor other Access Manager and response for critical above brand tasks such as NRDL dossiers including HTA expertise or other national access programs

Major Duties/ Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: insightful market intelligent to identify opportunities and challenges in the healthcare landscape
Conduct thorough analysis of market access trends, competitor strategies, and reimbursement frameworks.
Monitor changes in NRDL polices and assess their impact on product access
Looking/shaping for new access innovative solutions -
Strategy development & execution:
Develop & execute market access strategies to tailor access solutions, optimize patient accessibility to company’s products, focus on breakthrough franchise
Develop or adapt the value proposition that aligns with business objectives and to meet/exceed customer/patient needs and ensure efficiency delivery
Design mid/long-term access strategy in advance -
Stakeholder engagement:
Build and maintain leaderships with key stakeholders/Health Authorities, including payers, regulatory bodies at national to hospital level, including KoL/HCPs
Having the network with NGO, Institutes, Amcham/Eurocham bodies….
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g marketing, Medical Affair, Finance, Regulatory Affair,…) to align access strategies both local and regional or/and global if needed -
Pricing strategy:
Provide market insights to develop pricing strategies that meet access objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations
Follow closely with payers and government bodies to secure favorable pricing and reimbursement terms -
Health Technology Assessment
Prepare & submit HTA applications, ensuring compliance with local requirements and guidelines
Collaborate with health economists to develop robust economic models and evidence to support product value propositions
Analyze HTA outcomes and adjust market access strategies accordingly -
Project Management:
Manage projects related to market access initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
Track and report on key performance indicators related to market access activities
Actively review current process and procedures and identify areas for improvement throughout implementation of Market Access activities
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Can be the mentor to other junior Access Manager and leading the above brand projects/campaign/program.
Qualification:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, doctor, health economics, or a related field. HTA/Public Health in additional are advanced

Experiences:
Minimum of 5 year of experience in market access, pricing, or related roles within pharmaceutical industry.
Senior Product Manager are acceptable
