  • Support teams in using maintenance data to improve planning, decision-making, and reliability outcomes.

  • Train and coach Maintenance and Engineering teams on effective system usage and data discipline.

Ensure Maintenance Quality & Audit Readiness

  • Help ensure Maintenance activities meet GMP, Quality Management System, EHS, and company standards.

  • Drive execution and follow-up of Maintenance-related quality actions, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

  • Act as the Maintenance Audit SME, supporting internal audits, corporate assessments, and external inspections.

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for maintenance processes, procedures, and equipment history.

Build Maintenance Excellence & Reliability Programs

  • Analyze maintenance and equipment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with Line and Process Engineers to design and execute fit-for-purpose maintenance programs for each department.

  • Improve Preventive Maintenance effectiveness and support structured learning from breakdowns.

  • Communicate risks, insights, and opportunities clearly to site stakeholders and leadership.

Support Safety & Continuous Improvement

  • Actively promote safe ways of working and compliance with environmental and occupational health requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance and Engineering.

  • Support site-level maintenance excellence and reliability maturity initiatives (e.g., JJOS or similar operating systems).

What You Bring Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science discipline (required).
  • Master’s degree in Engineering is a plus.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Reliability roles within a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience with eCMMS systems and maintenance data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and audit environments.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Why Join Us
