We are searching for the best talent for an Software Manager Digital Solutions role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose: Manage, research, design, develop, and test software for a cloud solutions SW Team. Ensure on-time, high quality solution development.

Lead a SW team including leading the team SCRUM.

Work with other development teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Follow the company procedures, including supplying all related documentation.

Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
You will be responsible for:

  • Lead a the Digital Solution (cloud solution) SW team including leading the team SCRUM.

  • Design system SW architect following SW manager & SW architect guidelines.

  • Software development & management including related testing

  • Technical leadership

  • 30% hands on

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Deep knowledge in state-of-the-art modern cloud development, including HUB and spoke with multi Kubernetes, API Management, Azure-IoT, Digital Twin.

  • Knowledge in Azure – an advantage.

  • Experience in leading several teams, of software developers in Agile SCRUM teams.

  • Experience in developing big data solutions, specific experience in privacy aspects.

  • Experience in medical Software – an advantage.

  • Knowledge of C# / Python programming languages, C++ is advantage
