We are searching for the best talent for Associate Operations Support Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.

As a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will:

• Support the updating of procedures (WI & SOP) in the Operations area, promoting continuous improvement of GMP processes.

• Contribute, in collaboration with the responsible of the areas involved, to the identification of improvements and SOP review.

• Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA.

• Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.

• Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• University Degree

• Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent)

• Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.

• Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point

• Proficiency in English is required

• Working experience of at least 6 months in a pharmaceutical production plant (is preferred)
