About Transcend
Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven systems to one, standardizing processes to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that enables agility and scalability across the business.
Additionally, Transcend will remediate end-of-life system exposure expected toward the end of this decade, reducing risk while enabling long-term sustainability.
Role Purpose
The Senior Functional Analyst – Customer Excellence provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within Transcend. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Execution
-
Lead functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and Manufacturing-to-commercial system integrations.

Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.

Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.

Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.

Support and mentor Functional Analysts, providing guidance on functional approach and quality standards.

Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support

Lead or coordinate Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the domain.
-
Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.

Provide senior functional support during deployment and hypercare.

Qualifications
Required
-
University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
-
A minimum of four years of professional experience.
-
Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
-
Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.
Other
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
