Job Description:

Ø Financial Digital Lead Digital Strategy and Roadmap leadership

• o Develop framework future digital strategy and road map

• o Translate fiancé business pain point, growth needs and leadership mandates into actionable digital initiatives, AI for BI to measure business out comes

• o Continuously assess market trends, emerging finance technologies and industry best practices to identify high impact innovation opportunities for finance functions

• o Present strategy, roadmap, project business cases, ROI and delivery progress

Finance Process automations & Optimization

• o Conduct end to end assessment of core finance process to identify bottlenecks, manual work, compliance risks and automation potential.

• o Lead design, deployment and scaling of RPA, workflow automation, AI driven exception handling to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and improve process accuracy, speed and control

Data analytics and reporting transformation

• Own the evolution of finance data and reporting framework and self service analytics capacities to deliver trusted, real time insights

• Lead the implementation and adoption of BI/analytics platform and finance performance dashboards for management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and operational insights.

Channel, Governance and risk management

• Evaluate channel system data, provide insights for management channel inventory, reconciliation and indication of KRI of channel performance

• Lead channel performance insights with the external data and factors built up, provide data insights for business growth

• Conduct channel data risk management

Team lead and Capability building

• Build and scale finance digital capability across the organization, including upskilling finance team on new system, automaton, data driven ways of working

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement within the finance function
