Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

  • Expedite business unit processes working with GS teams.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting – assist in development of budgets (including headcount to T&E) and financial forecasts and develop variance analyses. Organize regular meetings for responsible functions (monthly or quarterly basis)
  • Communicate with the cost center responsible management to discuss the spending trends andguide them to best utilize the company resources to reach their goals.
  • Professional relationship development with every function and level. Maintain trust and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to exchange information and understand business. Be resourceful to everyone who is looking for financial data and insights.
  • Support the preparation of detailed regular financial reports (understand variance analyses from revenue to operating income, major balance sheet items and cash flow and key indicators) and presents to the financial director and stakeholders. To run this role, data management and proficiency in use of Excel are basic requirements.
  • For compliance and controls, ensure the source of data is appropriately handled with internal controls and meet the regulations and policy of the company such as privacy information and protections.

  • Data management and proficiency in use of Excel is the basic requirements.
  • Experience handling data extraction from SAP S4 HANA
  • Fluent in English communication skills
  • CPA or equivalent is plus
  • Experience in accounting and/or tax operation is plus
