Job Description Summary:

The Senior Product Manager for Spravato serves as the individual contributor responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for Spravato in the market. This role leads strategic planning, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure strong and sustainable brand performance. The position partners closely with medical, sales, finance, market access, government affairs, supply chain, and global teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that support business objectives. The role also ensures adherence to compliance requirements and incorporates company Credo values into decision-making.

Job Description:

Senior Product Manager – Spravato

  • Develops, analyzes, and maintains key objectives for the brand strategy of Spravato.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners (medical, finance, sales, market access, supply chain, and global) to effectively develop and execute the marketing plan.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, scientific leaders, treatment centers, and stakeholders.
  • Develops tactical and operational marketing plans and contributes to market insights generation.
  • Ensures quality and consistency across brand materials while maintaining compliance.
  • Assesses brand performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to shape new marketing initiatives.
  • Leads brand planning, forecasting inputs, business analysis, and drives key strategic projects.
  • Represents the brand in core teams and cross-functional working groups.
  • Supports lifecycle management planning and identifies long-term growth opportunities.
  • Integrates Credo values and leadership imperatives into decision-making and daily work.

Role Requirements:

  • Deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience in marketing (minimum 5+ years of practical experience).

  • Proven ability to rapidly establish strong relationships with KOLs; plan, organize, and execute large-scale marketing initiatives, working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Strong ability to work side by side with Sales to diagnose business challenges, develop actionable solutions, and partner deeply with Sales to drive issue resolution.

  • Preferably, rich experience in Psychiatry or in new product launches.

  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external partners.

  • Fluent in English, with strong professional communication skills.

  • Innovative and resilient mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
