Job Description:

1、制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划，和经销商及客户有效沟通，完成销售目标；

2、开发及维护医院客户，有效进行客户管理，通过专业拜访、跟台、科室会等方式，向临床医生传递产品理念；

3、并通过学术活动和日常沟通，有效传递行业技术理念及相关信息等；

4、建立和维护与临床医生、学术带头人的学术合作关系，体现公司专业、创新、合作的学术形象；

5、掌握应有的产品知识及销售技巧，并不断更新；

6、了解竞争对手的市场状况，按时准确提交各项市场数据，通过分析销售数据和趋势，提出合理建议；
