Job Description:

• 负责强生医疗对外事务及商业运营部门的数字化工作，主导业务需求转化、计划制定、资源协调与质量把控。需有扎实的IT背景（5年及以上）、项目管理经验，具备人工智能（AI）应用实践经验或熟悉医疗行业业务或系统者优先。

• 主要职责：

全面独立负责项目的立项、计划、执行、监控、收尾工作，确保按时、按质、按预算交付。

• 需与项目相关方多轮深度沟通，清晰梳理并确认需求，驱动需求落地；

• 制作并维护项目计划、里程碑、资源计划及风险/问题清单，跟踪推进并报告项目进展；

• 负责项目变更管理和供应商/外包管理，协调跨团队冲突与依赖；

• 参与或主导解决方案评审，确保系统设计满足业务与合规需求；

• 对项目关键交付物（用户手册、测试用例、实施方案等）进行把控与验收；

• 推动项目后评估与经验沉淀，不断优化交付流程与方法论。

• 使用数据化工具进行数据建模、报表与仪表盘开发，支持项目数据可视化与决策分析。

• 对现有系统和流程变化有统筹规划能力。
