Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product value proposition and access.

  • Working closely with Sales/Marketing/Strategical Key Account/Government Affairs team to identify key business challenges then to provide appropriate HEMA solution to help addressing access related challenges.

  • Lead and coordinate HEMA project development, design, planning and delivery of HEMA projects to agreed timelines, quality and budget, using appropriate data, analytical expertise, and rigorous methodology.

  • Support products HEMA assessment and actively involved in evidence generation discussion then prepare HEMA evidence to support launch.

  • Lead and Influence cross functional internal stakeholders and multi-disciplinary matrix functions to incubate collaboration in (but no limit to) internal education, strategic project, etc.

  • Proactively identify, initiate and manage collaborations with external stakeholders and execute environment shaping program.

  • Provide technical review support for team members’ study protocol and appropriate consultant in related field.

Profile Summary

Education and Experience required:

  • Master’s degree (or PhD, MBA) in Health Economics, Health Management, Public Health, Economic or related scientific discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in Health economics, market access at a pharmaceutical/Medical device company, specialized consultancy, research institute or similar.

  • Experienced in DRG areas.

  • Operating and interacting in cross-functional environment.

Key Evaluation criteria:

  • Educational background and communication skills.

  • Good understanding for business challenges and appropriate comprehensive solution or approaches.

  • Experience for working in Health Economics/Real-World Evidence in the pharmaceutical industry or with a recognized specialist consultancy or academic center of excellence.

  • Experience of Health Economics/Real-World Evidence projects from conceptualization to implementation.

  • Recognized leadership capabilities or potential.

  • Strong internal and external communication capabilities and an entrepreneurial mind-set.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills enabling endorsement of access solution based on HE/RWE evidence.

  • Thought leadership and source of inspiration for co-workers.

  • Customer-centric approach, being able to understand customer needs and deliver value adding outcomes with high quality, on time and in a resource efficient manner.

  • Proactivity proposing creative, practical and scientifically solid solutions for complex problems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into relevant and compelling information for internal and external customers.
